Returns Policy

At Mum's Merch we aim to deliver you the very best products.  We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase from us. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.

 

When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations and are correct.  If any purchase from us does not comply with a consumer guarantee, we will gladly exchange it.

 

We will only replace goods that are faulty or broken.  Unfortunately, we are unable to replace goods simply because you have changed your mind.

 

Our return policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery or if they have been dropped or broken.

 

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing MumsMerch@gmail.com.

 

In your correspondence please provide the following information:

 

1.   Order Number in the email subject line followed by 'Claim Request'

2.  Title name of the damaged or faulty item

3.   Detailed explanation of the problem

4.   Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

5.   Whether you are claiming a replacement or refund.

 

(If claiming a refund, please provide details for the deposit (Account name, BSB and Account Number).

 

We will notify you by email once your replacement/refund has been approved.

 

After receipt of a 'Claim Approved' email from Mum's Merch, the product must be returned to the following address (at the expense of the customer):

Please include a copy of the 'Claim Approved' email from Mum's Merch.

 

All product returns must be returned in their original packaging or securely bubble wrapped to minimise transit damage.

 

Returns must be received by Mum's Merch within 14 days of receipt of item.

 

Mum's Merch will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them.

 

For Replacements

 

Once Mum's Merch has received the goods in the condition as stated in your claim request, we will dispatch the replacement.  Should that item be out of stock, you may choose a replacement item of the same value.

 

For Refunds

 

Once the item is received by Mum's Merch in the condition as stated in your claim request, we will arrange for a refund of the cost of the item.

 

Please note that any refunds will be for the value of the goods only (excluding shipping).
